About

Jeevan Rao is a young researcher, an aspiring writer, speaker, and an IT consultant. He holds a BE degree in Electrical Engineering. He writes extensively on forgotten, least discussed aspects of ancient Indian history. Jeevan helps Indians become aware of the forgotten aspects of the Indian civilization in a easily comprehendable way through simple language and strong logical reasoning.

He is currently working on his debut book and has plans for more in future. He has presented his paper in the conference on Puranas conducted by Indic Academy, has been a guest speaker for IEEE Pune and has written multiple articles on a wide range of subjects for online portals and magazines.

The range of his research, spans across The dating of Adi Shankaracharya, Reidentifying Vishwamitra star, Identifying city Vatsyapura along the Indian meridian, locating Ravana’s Lanka, The beginning of Kaliyuga and more.

Jeevan has dealt with the question of Kaliyuga beginning unlike any other researcher of the past, because he has focused his study primarily on the Mahabharata text rather than depending heavily on secondary sources. He has managed to extract close to 100 pieces of evidence for Kaliyuga from Mahabharata and Puranas in the process of his research. He has also been able to analyze the ancient texts of Suryasiddhanta and Aryabhatia to substantiate his Mahabharata research findings.
